Set bulky items out on your garbage collection day by 7:00 a.m. (6:00 a.m. in the downtown core) and no earlier than 6:00 p.m. the night before. Garbage is collected every other week.

Limits

Three garbage items per collection; each large item counts as one. Maximum weight 68 kilograms and length six feet. Remove uncollected material by 9:00 p.m. the evening of collection. Toilets must be separated if two-piece.

Fees: Bulky collection is included. Appliances and metal items are collected monthly by free appointment. Garbage tags for additional items cost extra, and regional depots may charge for certain drop-offs.
