Limits
Fees: Operation Clean Up: no fee (included in service) once per year. Special Haul: fee-based per City Master Fee Schedule. Free Dump Events at CARTS: no fee for eligible customers during posted dates (one full-size pickup load limit).

- Mattresses and box springs, Furniture, Wood fencing (cut to 4 ft pieces and stacked neatly), Trees, shrubs, and yard debris (cut to 4 ft lengths), Lumber or metal/plastic pipe (cut to 4 ft), Hot tubs or spas (cut into 4 ft by 4 ft sections), Boxes and cardboard (also acceptable in the blue cart), Cabinets (disassembled), Glass or sliding doors (taped for safety)
