Fresno bulky pickup - Operation Clean Up provides one curbside collection per year. Set out by 6 a.m., within 7 days of your date, and keep piles under 10 cu yd. Accepted: furniture, mattresses, non-Freon appliances, bundled yard debris, fencing (4 ft), hot tubs cut to 4 ft by 4 ft. Not accepted: fridges/freezers, tires, hazardous or contractor debris. Schedule, rules, and Free Dump Events via 3-1-1 or FresGO.

Limits

Maximum 10 cubic yards total (about two 8 ft by 4 ft by 4 ft piles).,Set out no earlier than 7 days prior and by 6:00 a.m. on the scheduled day.,Place piles in the street along the curb in front of your home (no alley service); keep clear of hydrants, meters, and mailboxes.,Separate into two piles: yard clippings vs. other trash.,Cut tree or brush, lumber, and pipes to 4 ft; fence boards to 4 ft; hot tubs into 4 ft by 4 ft sections.,Tape glass and mirrors; disassemble large items.,Limit concrete, rock, brick, or dirt to a combined two wheelbarrow loads.,Service limited to the residence that pays City solid waste charges; no debris from other properties.

Fees: Operation Clean Up: no fee (included in service) once per year. Special Haul: fee-based per City Master Fee Schedule. Free Dump Events at CARTS: no fee for eligible customers during posted dates (one full-size pickup load limit).

Illegal dumping

Report abandoned piles or improper dumping immediately.
