El Paso bulky item pickup—schedule a Special Collection for $35 (up to 5 cu yd) plus $7 per extra cubic yard. Set out by 6 a.m. with 5 ft clearance. Accepted: empty appliances, furniture, mattresses, drained lawn equipment, brush, carpet, doors, lumber. Not accepted: tires, electronics, hazardous waste, concrete, titled vehicles, commercial waste. Book via 3-1-1 or EP311.

Limits

Set out by 6:00 a.m.; keep piles at least 5 ft from carts, mailboxes, fences, vehicles, meters, and low branches; residential service only; base fee covers up to 5 cubic yards with extra volume billed per cubic yard.

Fees: $35 for up to 5 cubic yards; $7 per additional cubic yard plus tax; billed to the EPWater account.
